Is this an actual college, not just online courses?

The institute is registered in Switzerland in the Vaud Canton business registry and holds a Swiss Business Identification Number (UID). The cost is listed per semester and does not depend on the number of courses in that semester. It includes access to the platform, course materials, webinars, support from an academic advisor, and two retakes per course. A third and any subsequent retakes and administrative fees for specific services are billed separately. What does IAAR institutional accreditation confirm?

What does the letter from the canton of Vo confirm?

A letter confirming inclusion on the list of private educational institutions in the Canton of Vaud (in accordance with immigration law) was issued by the Canton’s Population Service on June 3, 2021. It allows the immigration office to process applications from international students for temporary residence for the purpose of study. Decisions on each application are made on a case-by-case basis.
